Sales Terms and Conditions

1. General
These Sales Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all sales of products and services by Growthstars Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our") to our clients ("you" or "your"). By purchasing from Growthstars Group LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Services
Growthstars Group LLC provides services including but not limited to workshops, coaching, consulting, and software products related to behavioral change and growth mindset development. The details of the products and services, including pricing, will be specified in the respective quotation, proposal, or agreement.

3. Quotation and Acceptance
All quotations provided by Growthstars Group LLC are valid for [30] days unless stated otherwise. Quotations are subject to acceptance by you in writing or through electronic confirmation. By accepting a quotation, you agree to the pricing, scope, and these Terms.

4. Pricing
All prices are in US Dollars and are exclusive of taxes, duties, and other charges unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change prior to order confirmation. If there are additional travel expenses, these will be invoiced separately and provided once travel arrangements are finalized.

5. Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total amount is required upon confirmation of services.
  • The balance is payable within 15 days of the completion of the service.
  • Travel expenses and any additional costs will be invoiced post-event and must be paid within 15 days of the invoice date.
  • All payments are to be made via bank transfer.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a workshop or service, a written notice must be provided at least 15 days in advance.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled date may incur a cancellation fee of 40% of the total service fee.
  • Rescheduling requests will be accommodated at our discretion, based on availability and logistics.

7. Travel Expenses
Travel expenses will be charged separately and include costs such as airfare, lodging, transportation, and meals. A detailed breakdown will be provided post-event based on actual expenses incurred.

8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including but not limited to course materials, content, software, and tools provided during workshops or services, remain the exclusive property of Growthstars Group LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this material for any purpose other than internal use without our express written permission.

9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information shared during the course of the relationship, except where required by law or where the information is already in the public domain.

10. Limitation of Liability
Growthstars Group LLC will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the amount paid for the services.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of New York.

12. Amendments
Growthstars Group LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on our website or upon notification to you.
